🛏️ Conference Sleeping Room Rates
A limited number of rooms is available at the DoubleTree by Hilton at the special rate of $118.00 plus applicable taxes per night for STGEC participants. Other fees may apply. Reservations must be received by the hotel on or before July 31, 2025 to be eligible for special room rates.
Our group code for making reservations is built into the above hotel link, make sure to adjust the dates for the nights you will be attending.
Note that weekend dates adjacent to the conference cannot be guaranteed by the Hotel at the STGEC rate due to potential sporting events.
🚗 Hotel Parking
The DoubleTree by Hilton has overnight guest parking with in/out privileges for $10.00 per day plus tax, and is available 24 hours. Day parking is free. Rates are subject to change without prior notice and parking is subject to availability.
🛫 Transportation & Shuttle Services
DoubleTree by Hilton does not offer a shuttle service to and from airport.
