The Virginia Department of Transportation is proud to present the 43rd Annual Southeastern Transportation Geotechnical Engineering Conference (STGEC). The conference will be held in Richmond, VA and will provide a two-day forum of technical seminars covering geotechnical topics related to the transportation industry as well as a one day field trip. We plan to have the icebreaker and social hour in the exhibit area.

This conference is an annual event that is designed to reach members of the transportation agencies as well as the geotechnical engineering industry. The planned presentations will showcase transportation agency projects and geotechnical company product use. We hope to have representation from all the 12 states in the southeastern region present at the conference.

Exhibitor Details

• Exhibitor registration fee is $XXXX.00 (includes one conference registration; additional participants must be individulally registered.)
• Exhibit space includes one table, assigned in the order of registration
• PHONE LINES WILL NOT BE AVAILBLE.
• Setup time is from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm on Monday, October 22nd.
• Displays may be removed after 7:00 pm on Wednesday, October 24th.
• Displays MUST be removed no later than 5:00 pm on Thursday, October 25th.
